Vi har anlitat Mäklarfirma för försäljning av vårt hus. Vi har kommit till ett läge att vi efter budgivning har en köpare. Mäklaren har meddelat att köparen i fråga önskar en besiktning av huset, men datum och tid är inte fastställt.

I morse händer följande: mäklaren ringer till en av oss på arbetet vid 10-tiden på fm och meddelar att han glömt meddela oss att besiktning är i dag men att köparen och besiktningman redan har påbörjat besiktningen. Mäklaren hade tillgång till husnyckel och kod till larm, eftersom vi tidigare gjort en överenkommelse att mäklaren kunde visa huset för en spekulant när vi var bortresta. Den överenkommelsen var endast vid detta enda tillfälle och vi var helt oförberedda inför att besiktningen skulle ske i dag och vi kom hem när besiktningen var slutförd. Vi känner oss kränkta och besvikna över att mäklaren helt utan vår vetskap låste upp vårt hus, stängde av vårt larm och tillåter besiktningman och köpare att fritt vandra omkring i vårt hem en morgon, där sängar var obäddade, papper fanns på vårt skrivbordet med högst privat information, osv - som det kan vara i ett hem man lämnar när man far i väg till jobbet, där ingen av oss hade en tanke att någon obehörig skulle träda in, utan att någon av oss är närvarande.
Vi vill veta Er åsikt angående det inträffade.

Onekligen känns det som det inte är rätt att göra på så vis. Om någonting dessutom hade blivit stulet så är frågan om det hade blivit ersatt av hemförsäkringen pga ovarsamhet med nyckel och kod till larmet.

Hör efter med polisen vad som gäller, de är behjälpliga.

Ni borde nog byta kod till larmet efter det att mäklaren har tillgång till den. Mer utifall att med tanke på försäkring osv.
