Indrivning av skuld från privatperson

Jag är en naiv och alltför godtrogen kvinna som i etapper lånat ut totalt 90.000 kr till en man som jag trodde var min vän. Idag fattar jag inte hur jag kunnat vara en sådan idiot!! Mannen har inte svenskt ursprung men har bott i Sverige i över 20 år. Jag lärde känna honom genom mitt arbete utomlands och kontakten fortsatte sedan jag återvände till Sverige.

Mannen har skrivit under två skuldförbindelser. Den första skulden skulle vara återbetald den 31 dec 2006 och den andra den 31 mars 2007.

Kan någon ge mig tips om hur jag skall gå tillväga för att få tillbaka mina pengar. Lönar det sig att gå via advokat? Kanske arvodet kan gå på hemförsäkringen?

Jag är en intelligent kvinna som haft en avancerat arbete och begriper inte hur jag kunnat vara en sådan idiot. Förmodligen har jag charmats och tyckt synd om mannen. Jag är generös till min natur.

Mannen har lovordat min hjälp och sagt sig vara min vän för livet.

Kan jag i ett dylikt fall anmäla honom för "sol och vår". Jag har läst på nätet att ett dylikt brott kan sluta "bakom galler".

Ser mycket fram emot kommentarer.

Eftersom han har skrivit under två skuldförbindelser så har du ju tydliga papper på hans skuld till dig. Är det så att han nekar betala dig eller vill han försöka få dig att skjuta upp betalningen? Vad säger han om det hela?

Absolut lönar det sig att söka juridisk hjälp om det är så att han vägrar betala. Det rör sig ju trots allt om stora pengar. Kolla med ditt försäkringsbolag om rättsskydd och om det täcker en sådan här sak.

Jag rekommenderar att du tar Kronofogden till hjälp. Det är billigt, bra och effektivt. Långt mycket bättre än att vända sig till tex ett inkassoföretag. Det är ett betalningsföreläggande du ska utfärda genom dem. Läs mer om det å länken!

Du kanske redan hunnit agera, men kommenterar ändå. I många hemförsäkringar ingår rättsskydd (med viss självrisk). Jag skulle:
1. kolla försäkringsbolaget
2. ringa kronofogden och fråga dem om råd.

My definition of success
Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing
for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making
a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very (wow gold,)
complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is
the realization of people's hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people
who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life.
So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success.
We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where
is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which
is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals. (wotlk gold,)
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure
every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got
both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient,
courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. (wow gold),So
now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to
challenge my hope. What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an

It was a bright sunny afternoon with a fresh breeze blowing from the northeast. The small sloop was making a series of very short tacking maneuvers as it made its way gingerly up the narrow channel.

The forest marched down the steep rocky hillsides to abruptly meet the sea below on both shores. The tiny but sturdy craft was tossed precariously by the rip tides created in the close waterway. The sole occupant reset her grip on the tiller and brought the sloop around in yet another tack headed toward a little niche in the eastern shoreline. She was kneeling in the boat's compact
wow power leveling cockpit watching carefully ahead for any telltale clues on the water that dangerous rocks lay just out of sight below the surface. She held her course on a starboard tack until she was just past a rocky spur which broke the forest cover and actually spilled over into the sea.

When she was about eighty yards from the shoreline she abruptly swung the boat head to the wind bringing it to an almost dead stop in the water. After loosing the sheets on both her jib and mainsails, she quickly scrambled to the bow and let her anchor line out till she felt the anchor touch bottom. She then expertly continued to pay out enough of the line to properly set the anchor, allowing for both safe swinging room as the wind might shift and the expected change of depth as the tides came and went.

She had been so occupied with the Business of sailing her small sloop, that she had not noticed that she had an audience.
